Circle of Community Care
Circle of Community Care (CCC) is our Community Resource and Referral Program where trained Bilingual Social Workers assess the needs of families and provide referrals to community resources.
Youth Building Community
As a catalyst for youth engagement in their communities, we are promoting the character-building and well-being and of our future leaders through our Youth Building Programs.
Grupo De Padres (Parent's Group)
At Grupo De Padres gatherings, parents can share ideas about raising children, voice their concerns and help each other navigate the school system and other community resources.
Food Pantries
We offer pop-up Food Pantries throughout the community for families facing food insecurity.
Community Coalition
We manage and connect a Community Coalition of more than 50 non-profit organizations and social service resources committed to helping our neighbors.
Covid Care Neighbor Network
Neighbors helping neighbors working together to overcome food insecurity, unemployment and financial hardship caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
